Pets experience emergency medical situations just like we do, and it can be terrifying for both you and them. If you think your pet needs immediate care, please do not hesitate to bring them straight to us during our business hours. Roswell Veterinary Associates is more than capable of handling any pet emergency situation, but only while we are open for regular clinic hours. However, emergencies do not stick to a schedule.

Signs Your Pet Needs Urgent Care
If your pet exhibits any of the following symptoms, bring them to an emergency center immediately:
- Difficulty breathing
- Broken bones or injuries from blunt force trauma
- Vomiting or diarrhea for more than 24 hours
- Ingestion of a toxic substance
- Snakebite
- Serious cuts or lesions
- Blood in vomit, urine or stool
- Unconsciousness
- Disorientation and confusion
- Heatstroke
